Terms
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms cover the use of this website (tradeforce.ie). They also set out, in plain words, how the TradeForce service works. The full agreement for the service is given to you in writing before you sign up or pay anything.
Who we are
TradeForce is run by Charlie McConnell, based in Ireland. You can contact us at contact@tradeforce.ie.
The service, in short
- TradeForce builds a website for your business, with a page for each service you offer, and runs Google Search ads for you.
- Our fee is €197 a month.
- Ad spend is separate. You pay Google directly, on your own card, in your own Google Ads account. That account belongs to you and you keep it.
- A person approves every campaign before it runs.
- You get a short report each week with the real figures from your account.
- We do not guarantee a number of calls, enquiries or jobs. Results depend on your trade, your area, what you spend with Google and how quickly enquiries are answered.
Asking for a call
When you send the form on this website you are asking us to ring you about the service. It does not commit you to anything. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.
Using this website
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date. The example on the home page that shows a search, an ad and a page is a sample to explain how the service fits together. It is not a real advertisement and not an offer of specific wording or results.
The websites shown under "Our work" belong to their owners. They are shown as examples of websites we have built.
The design, text and software on this website belong to us. Please do not copy them without asking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Irish consumer or data protection law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information on this website instead of on the written agreement for the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top.
